Group A:40mL 0.25% ropivacaine for iliac fascia block

Group B:10mL 0.5% ropivacaine PENG block+20mL 0.25% ropivacaine local infiltration of incision

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip surgery under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation; 2. ASA Classification I-III; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. No contraindication of regional anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot agree to this study; 2. Coagulation disorders; 3. Septicemia; 4. Liver or renal failure; 5. Local anesthesia (LA) allergy; 6. Pregnant; 7. Take opioids at home.
