16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years; need to undergo gastroscopy; willing to participate in this study, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone surgery on the nose, pharynx, esophagus or stomach or who have deviated septum abnormalities; 2. who are unable to cooperate (psychosis, disturbance of consciousness, mental retardation); 3. who have suffered from gastroesophageal reflux; 4. who have suffered from bile reflux; 5. Patients on acid-suppressive drugs for two weeks; 6. Patients with other diseases who could not tolerate the test.
