18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Ability to provide informed consent; 3. Presence of thyroid nodules indicated by ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking anti-platelet aggregation therapy such as aspirin and anticoagulant therapy such as warfarin; 2. Unable to cooperate with puncture due to severe cough; 3. Unable to provide informed consent.
