18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years who undergo elective neurosurgery; 3. The subject or his guardian has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of cough and sore throat before operation; 2. Difficult airway; 3. Repeated endotracheal intubation; 4. Tracheotomy; 5. Pregnant women and lactation; 6. Take the tube back to ICU after operation.
