Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 55-65 years; 2. No symptoms or signs of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung, liver, kidney and / or metabolic diseases; 3. Non smokers; 4. Sedentary and sedentary elderly who spend their time watching TV and playing mahjong on weekdays (exercise no more than 3 times a week and no more than 20 minutes each time as the judgment standard).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For the subjects whose exercise intensity and amount cannot be strictly implemented: including those who rest halfway, quit, and reduce the amount or intensity of exercise due to the interference of weather and external factors; 2. If the movement speed or rhythm required by this study cannot be reached for more than 2 consecutive weeks, it means that the intensity does not meet the qualified standard; 3. The movement situation is terminated due to injuries during the movement; 4. The following conditions found in the supervision and inspection shall be eliminated: other physical activities other than the exercise intervention arrangement arranged in this study have been carried out in life, or whether there are major changes in physical activities in life. There are great changes in sleep time and sleep quality. Deliberately increase or decrease food intake.
