Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: Aged > 18 years, no history of smoking, normal pulmonary function tests and no respiratory symptoms and diseases, no history of chest surgery. 2. Inclusion criteria for people with lung disease (lung cancer, COPD population) and smoking: Aged > 18 years, and meet any of the following: (1) History of smoking or long-term history of secondhand smoke exposure; (2) Lung nodules detected in the last 1 month without any treatment; (3) Patients with a clear diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (4) Pulmonary function tests suggesting the presence of small airway dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are pregnant or lactating; people with a history of chest surgery; 2. People with contraindications to the test methods applied in this study; 3. People with serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; 4. People with psychiatric disorders.
