Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The initially unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma patientsunderwent salvage surgery after PD-1 inhibitors plus TKIs therapy in a tertiary hospital from March 2019 to October 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-radical surgery or tumor pathological specimens were not evaluable.
