Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. iPTH >= 500 ng/L before dialysis; 2. Chronic kidney disease was diagnosed clearly and hemodialysis was maintained for more than 3 months; 3. Hyperparathyroidism has a causal relationship with uremia or chronic kidney disease; 4. Life expectancy assessed by a doctor is more than one year; 5. Aged 18-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplant patients; 2. Primary hyperparathyroidism and secondary hyperparathyroidism caused by non renal insufficiency; 3. The researchers judged that life expectancy was less than 12 months; 4. There was a history of acute coronary syndrome, severe arrhythmia, and myocardial infarction in the past 6 months; 5. Pregnancy.
