Fist clenching exercise combined with deep breathing group:Using the CAMRY electronic grip at low level, inhale deeply when clenching and exhale when relaxing
Fist clenching exercise group:Do freehand clenching exercises, using the CAMRY electronic grip at low level
routine upper limb exercise group:regular health education, have little requirements for the duration and frequency of postoperative exercise

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear mind and normally communicate; 2. Tumor patients aged 20-70 years; 3. The heart and lung function are normal; 4. PICC needs to be placed due to treatment and has not been placed before; 5. One puncture and immediate catheterization were successful. .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or present thrombosis; 2. Previous or current disease affecting blood flow status, including but not limited to acute or chronic heart failure, intubated limb orthopedic surgery, etc.
