Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Trauma patients admitted to the emergency department of West China Hospital within 24h; 2. Aged >18 years; 3. Obtain patient or family consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion of factors that may affect calprotectin elevation such as autoimmune diseases; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Liver cirrhosis; 4. Tumors; 5. Gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Acute infections including respiratory tract infections,Gastrointestinal infections, etc.; 7. Acute coronary syndrome; 8. Heart failure; 9. Pregnant women, lactating women; 10. Daily antiplatelet and anticoagulant medications.
