ACB+IPACK group:Adductor tube block combined with popliteal artery and posterior capsular space block was performed with ropivacaine before surgery
placebo group:Adductor tube block combined with popliteal artery and posterior capsular space block was performed with normal saline before surgery

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I to III; Aged 18-80 years; BMI 18 ~ 30kg/m^2; Elective first unilateral total knee arthroplasty; Clear consciousness, good communication and ability to complete the scale independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, brain, lung and kidney diseases before operation; A history of rheumatoid arthritis; Allergies to the drugs involved in the study; History of other chronic pain disorders; The pilot skin has broken and infected; Preoperative vas score >= 3, preoperative anxiety and depression status, preoperative pain catastrophizing status.
