Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years 2.ASA I-III 3.Patients undergo elective tumor ressection surgerythe estimated operation time is over 2h 4.PHQ>4 5.Informed consent form was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other mental diseases 2.Contraindications to the use of esketamine (e. g. hypertensive patients) 3.Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction? 4.Tachycardia > 120 / min; Systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg 5.Refusal to sign the informed consent form
