Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary spastic torticollis; 2. Aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender; 3.Have not received botulinum toxin treatment and have not taken any drugs for dystonia or mental illness within 3 months before enrollment; 4. There is no dystonia in other parts other than the neck; 5. No other serious neurological or psychiatric diseases; 6. Routine head MRI examination showed no organic changes; 7. Right-handed; 8. Signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary spastic torticollis with clear causes (such as hepatolenticular degeneration, hereditary acanthosis, cervical spondylosis, congenital malformations, etc.); 2. Magnetic resonance imaging found abnormal intracranial lesions; 3. A history of severe neurological or psychiatric diseases in the past; 4. Inability to cooperate or contraindicate MRI examination.
