65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Male and female patients aged between 65 and 90 years old; (2) ASA physical status <= ?; (3) Scheduled to undergo excision of colon cancer with expected duration of 2 to 5 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative respiratory dysfunction (PaO2/FiO2<200); (2) Cardiac dysfunction (ejection fraction<50%); (3) The function of important organs is seriously damaged, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, pre-operative brain dysfunction, cerebral infarction, and history of cerebral hemorrhage; (4) Low education level, unable to read or cooperate to complete the measurement of neurological function scale,The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24 before surgery; (5)Allergic history or long-term history of benzodiazepines; (6) The informed consent form for the study was not signed.
