Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 10-60 years; 2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of drug refractory epilepsy (patients who have been treated with regular drugs for 2 years but have no effect); 3. Seizure type: comprehensive or secondary comprehensive epilepsy; 4.electrodes to guide further treatment; 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; We are willing to abide by the relevant regulations of the test program, and come to review and conduct relevant inspections within the specified time limit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having brain tumor or other degenerative diseases of central nervous system; 2. Those who have mental illness and can not be examined as required; 3. There are structural changes in thalamus; 4. Severe cognitive impairment, IQ<50; 5. Pregnant women or high risk of bleeding; 6. Other serious physical diseases or severe abnormal liver and kidney functions in laboratory; 7. Patients who cannot complete the electrical stimulation test due to objective factors; 8. Abnormal laboratory tests during screening period, or other laboratory tests considered clinically significant;
