Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis is clear and there are indications for surgery; 2. Age from 18 to 65; 3. Grade: ASA ?to ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sore throat or hoarseness before operation; 2. There are upper respiratory tract infection; 3.Expected difficulty in endotracheal intubation ( Mallapati grade ? or ?, potential facial deformities or mouth opening < 3 fingers); 4.Severe heart, liver, kidney and other dysfunction diseases before operation; 5.Allergic to local anesthetics, infection at puncture site and abnormal blood coagulation function; 6.People with cognitive function, hearing and language disorders, history of mental illness, difficulty in communication or mental disorders.
