Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years. 2. The fundus color photography (CFP) and frequency domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) were used to check our hospital diagnosed IEMR. 3. Symptoms of visual acuity decline and visual object deformation in different degrees. 4. Lens opacity <= Grade II. 5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude secondary diseases such as inflammation, surgery, retinal vein occlusion and diabetes retinopathy anterior macular membrane. 2. Refractive interstitial opacity affects fundus examination and treatment. 3. Eye inflammation and systemic diseases in active period.
