Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of COPD in the 2020 Global Initiative on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease [3], namely, FEV1/FVC 88%, and the patients maintained the conventional medical treatment of COPD, had clear consciousness, understanding and communication skills. (3) The home computer with Windows 64-bit system can install the remote rehabilitation training evaluation system software based on computer vision. (4) Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic lung diseases other than COPD: bronchiectasis, asthma, tuberculosis, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, etc. (2) Unstable cardiovascular diseases, such as recent myocardial infarction; Persistent unstable angina or irregular chest pain; Aortic valve disease; Unstable pulmonary arterial hypertension; Uncontrolled arrhythmias with hemodynamic instability; Infective endocarditis; Decompensated heart failure; Acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction, or deep vein thrombosis; Acute aortic dissection, etc. (3) Muscular or skeletal diseases that prevent the patient from participating in sports, such as physical disabilities that prevent safe and adequate exercise; Paralysis of the lower limbs; Thoracic and spinal trauma, etc. (4) Suffering from severe cognitive dysfunction and severe mental and emotional dysfunction. (5) Patients who could not be followed up. (6) Those who have participated in rehabilitation exercises in the past 12 months.
