Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women between the ages of 18 and 75; 2. Diabetic patients; 3. The patient has a mobile phone and "Chaoyang Health Cloud APP"; 4. Patients have a clear consciousness, have the ability to communicate and understand informed consent, and can complete the corresponding self-rating scale according to their own conditions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute complications of diabetes; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney and other organ dysfunction, and other autoimmune and neurological diseases; 3. Severe infection; 4. Suffering from a clearly diagnosed mental illness; Including but not limited to a history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 5. Unable to read or perform activities such as speech communication and reading comprehension. 6. Pregnant or lactating women
