Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal weight full-term infants group: 1.male and female appropriate for gestational age infants delivered within 12 hours with gestational ages of 37 to 41 weeks. 2.Birth weight: >=2.5kg and =1.5kg and < 2.5kg; 3.Singleton live birth. Premature infant group: 1.appropriate for gestational age infants (male or female) delivered within 12 hours with gestational ages of 28 to 36+6 weeks; 2.single live birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Neonates with a history of asphyxia and resuscitation; (2) Excluded newborns with neonatal diseases or malformations affecting cohesion or sucking:such as hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy, Ankyloglossia, cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease with cardiac insufficiency, the nervous system abnormalities, respiratory disease (excluding common respiratory system diseases such as pneumonia), gic syndrome etc. (4) Pregnant women with severe organic diseases or who cannot communicate normally; (5) Refusing to participate in the study; (6) Other reasons considered by the investigator are not suitable for this study.
