Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From November 2022 to November 2023, 60 patients underwent elective unilateral femoral fracture surgery and received general anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University; 2. Age 18-80 years; 3.ASA I~III, BMI18.5~23.9kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Shock or coma; 2.Abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function; 3.Intended block area infection, severe nerve injury of the block side limb; 4.Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain, a history of psychotropic substance use, a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and contraindications to NSAIDs; 5.Patients with allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthesia; 6.Patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
