Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecology, Elective, General anesthesia, Laparoscopy; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. ASA I - III level; 4. BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m; 5. Non-smoker.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. He was known to be allergic to vitamin B6 and had taken VB6 one week before admission; 2. Had taken antiemetics, emetogenic drugs, opioids or glucocorticoids within one week before surgery, or had used opioids for a long time; 3. Suffer from other diseases that may present as nausea or vomiting, such as hepatitis or gastrointestinal diseases; Pregnancy or lactation; Mental retardation, mental illness or neurological disease; 4. Refusing to cooperate with the trial patient; 5. No return visit within one day after operation; 6. Regional nerve block and total intravenous anesthesia were used; 7. Patients who did not undergo elective surgery as planned.
