Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and older Confirmed or highly suspectful malignant pulmonary nodules Patients who are not suitable for surgeries Very old patients who reject surgeries KPS>70 Multiple malignant pulmonary nodules that are suitable for SBRT The overall survival time is longer than 3 months Patients who sign the consent form and agree for SBRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are in good conditions and choose to have surgery Benign pulmonary nodules
