Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient is more than 18 years old and less than 80 years old; (2) Rectal cancer was diagnosed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological biopsy before surgery; (3) The tumor location is 4-15cm from the margin; (4) Laparoscopic LAR for a limited period of time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1). Recurrent rectal cancer, combined with other primary tumors; (2). Patients who need emergency surgery during the perioperative period due to complete intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal perforation, etc.; (3). Perform APR, Hartmann, palliative surgery; (4). Patients who have received neoadjuvant therapy; (5). Tumor involvement and other organs need to be jointly resected; (6). Intraoperative colonoscopy or reinforced sutures; (7). Patients with coagulation dysfunction or hematological diseases before surgery; (8). Extensive abdominal adhesions or large tumors that cannot be removed laparoscopically during surgery and are transferred to open the abdomen.
