Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IBD group: patients aged 14-70 years old with clear diagnosis of IBD based on clinical symptoms, endoscopy and pathology; Both men and women; No travel history in epidemic areas within 6 months; Participants must undergo nucleic acid testing for the novel coronavirus; Control group: patients with non-IBD and pre-polypectomy in the same period; 14-70 one full year of life; Both men and women; No travel history in epidemic areas within 6 months; Participants must undergo nucleic acid testing for the novel coronavirus;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known and/or clinically significant underlying chronic lung disease, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, allergic asthma, lung cancer, pulmonary embolism, history of dust exposure, etc.; History of pulmonary surgery; The presence of other systemic diseases and drugs that may affect lung function: cardiac insufficiency, rheumatic immune system diseases, hematological diseases, renal failure, lung metastasis of malignant tumors, use of inhaled corticosteroids or anticholinergic or sympathetic drugs, etc.
