Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The number of cases of neuraxial anesthesia performed by anesthesiology departments and the patients with neurological complications after neuraxial anesthesia in hospitals of all levels of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patients undergoing neuraxial anesthesia, patients with preoperatively related neurological complications and postoperative new neurological complications but the cause is not related to neuraxial anesthesia procedures or drugs will be excluded.
