Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children who were scheduled to undergo lobectomy or segmental lobectomy under thoracoscope; age ranged from 6 months to 18 years; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients having a history of active respiratory tract infection and asthma before operation; patients with severe organ dysfunction (such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, congenital heart disease); unwilling to participate in this study.
