Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-II; age >= 18 years old, no gender restrictions; patients admitted to the General Hospital of the Northern Theater for elective knee arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia; voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) known to be allergic to research drugs or belong to susceptible populations ; 2 ) Peripheral neuropathy or injury ; 3 ) Have a history of chronic pain ; 4 ) with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, blood diseases, endocrine diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction ; 5 ) have elevated blood pressure, intraocular pressure ( such as glaucoma ), increased intracranial pressure risk ; 6 ) Patients who underwent surgery or used experimental drugs within one week before surgery ; 7 ) Communication disorders ( reading and writing Chinese obstacles, language barriers, visual impairment or hearing impairment, etc. ) can not cooperate to complete the study ; 8 ) combined neurological or mental illness ; 9 ) Refusing to sign informed consent.
