Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Compliance with gout western medicine diagnosis standards; 2.Considuous the diagnostic standard for dampness and heat condensation of Chinese medicine; 3. The patient's disease is within 48 hours of acute gouty arthritis; 4. All patients signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are under the age of 18 or more, women who are pregnant or lactating; 2. Those who take uric acid reduction drugs or are taking other non -inflammatory drugs in the past 2 weeks; 3. There are taboos with non -steroidal anti -inflammatory drugs and sulfa; 4. Non -primary gout caused by other diseases; 5. Those who have serious heart, brain, kidney and other related diseases; 6. Those with contact infectious diseases, easy skin allergies, or skin injury of the affected area.
