Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease 2018 proposed by Chinese Society of Cardiovascular Diseases; 2. Male age >=22 years old; Female age >=20 years old; 3. Heterosexual couples who are married and live with their spouse or cohabit for more than one year; 4. Have certain understanding ability and language expression ability, and volunteer to participate in this study. Spouses inclusion criteria : 1. Be the main caregiver of the patient with a daily care time =4h; 2. Male age >=22 years old, female age >=20 years old; 3. Have certain understanding ability and language expression ability, and volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe mental illness. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used for evaluation. Illiterate patients with scores =17, primary school patients with scores <= 20, and middle school patients with scores <= 24 were excluded. 2. Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases or other malignant tumors Spouse exclusion criteria: 1.There are cognitive or communication disorders; 2.
