Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)History of obvious trauma and injury within 1 week; (2)All of them were closed fractures; (3)It meet the diagnostic criteria for a proximal humerus fracture; (4)Neer typeII,III,andIV fractures were diagnosed by classifiction,without shoulder dislocation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with major vascular and nerve injury; (2)The patient has a serious disease of the shoulder joint,and the function is affected; (3)Combined with severe underlying diseases,unable to tolerate anesthesia and surgery; (4)co-infection; (5)Old or pathological fracture
