Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 65 years old, 18 < BMI < 30 kg/m2, ASA grade ? - ?;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: valvular disease with left ventricular ejection fraction30 kg/m^2, Mallampati grade III - IV, severe liver and kidney disease, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy.
