Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spasm of lower limbs caused by spinal cord injury; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with treatment; 2. Shockwave therapy cannot be performed for diseases in the skin treatment area; 3. Deep vein thrombosis; 4. There are other complications that may increase the severity of spasticity, such as heterotopic ossification.
