Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Nurses who have obtained nurse practice qualifications and are on the job; (2) Engaged in clinical elderly care for 1 year or more; (3) Age 18 or older; (4) Be able to read and write basically, and have the ability to complete questionnaires; (6) Informed consent to voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria
