Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological group: 1. Patients with keloid diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Second Xiangya Hospital and selected to have pathological tissue removed in the outpatient operating room; 2. 2. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent; 3. No other underlying diseases; Control group :1. Patients with completely normal blood results who had skin masses (colored nevus, etc.) removed in the operating room of Outpatient Department of the Second Xiangya Hospital were selected; 2. 2. There was no underlying disease, and the test results were in the normal range; 3. Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathology group: 1. Patients with other underlying diseases or coagulopathy. Control group: 1. The examination results were not within the normal range.
