Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021, he was hospitalized in the Fourth Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, undergoing surgery and suffering perioperative stroke; 2. Diagnostic criteria for perioperative stroke: ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction that occurs during surgery or within 30 days after surgery. Clinical symptoms, combined with MRI evidence, and neurology to patients diagnosed with stroke.

Exclusion criteria
