Control Group:Use protocol during anesthesia induction and maintanence

Group R:Use remazolam besylate during anesthesia induction and maintanence

65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>65 years old; 2) Plan to undergo elective radical resection of oral tumor under general anesthesia; 3) ASA level I-III; 4) Plan to be hospitalized over 72 hours after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate; 2) Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score 1 time in the past 6 months; 14) Any cerebrovascular accident (stroke, TIA, etc.) within 3 months; 15) The researcher consider that the patients are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
