Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Basic requirements:ged 50 to 75 years, gender and education level ulimited, signing an informed consent form, good cooperation in various examinations, and right handedness; 2.Diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment"2018 China Dementia and Cognitive Disorder Diagnosis and Treatment Guide-Diagnosis and treatment of mild cognitive impairment"; 3. The chief complaint was memory decline with objective evidence (evaluated by neuropsychological scale); 4.The intervention method in this study has never been carried out:
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system disease,infectious disease; 2. Cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's syndrome, and other neurological diseases; 3. Anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; 4. Serious visual and auditory disorders; 5. There are MRI contraindications (such as cardiac pacemaker,cardiac stent,artificial heart valve,fixation plate after fracture surgery, etc.)
