CC (cephalo-caudal) group:Blunt expansion of the uterine incision by the physician separating the fingers in a cephalad-caudad direction.
TR (transverse) group:Blunt expansion of the uterine incision by the physician separating the fingers in a transversal direction.

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancies in women at 34 weeks of gestation onwards undergoing primary cesarean section; 2. Pre-operative hemoglobin > or = 11 g/dL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with serious comorbidities, such as heart disease, thrombocytopenia, coagulation dysfunction; 2. Pregnant women with obstetric complications such as preeclampsia, placental abruption, placenta previa, etc. 3. Patients with previous uterine surgery; 4. Patients diagnosed with intrauterine fetal death.
