Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with first-episode liver cancer; (2) All patients signed informed consent; (3) Patients with stage IIb and IIIa hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by pathology or imaging, who have not undergone or cannot be surgically resected, and meet the 2017 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma; (4) Abdominal enhanced MDCT examination was performed within 2 weeks before operation; (5) Platelet count = 50*109/L; (6) History of supreme gastrointestinal bleeding; (7) Patients without liver abscess or sepsis with systemic infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Child-Pugh grade C liver function or multiple systemic metastases; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with poor general condition or cachexia and short predicted survival time; (4) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
