Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? gestational age = 32 weeks; ? Admission within 24 hours of birth; ? The newborn was clinically stable. The clinical manifestations were stable: normothermia range was 36.5-37.4 ° C; Respiratory rate of 40-60 breaths / min over 24 h; Blood pressure was appropriate for gestational age. Heart rate ranged from 100-180 beats per minute, pulse oximetry = 93%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maternal exclusion criteria: mother with severe chronic liver disease, renal failure disease or parathyroid disease, and taking antiepileptic drugs during pregnancy. Neonatal exclusion criteria:? Had congenital malformations, severe asphyxia and other inherited metabolic diseases; ? Neonates required vasopressors > 10ug / kg / min and immediate surgical intervention; ? The parents declined participation in this clinical study.
