Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) GDM pregnant women who meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes issued by the former Ministry of health of China in 2011; (2) 24-30 weeks of gestation; (3) Primipara, singleton, 22~36 years old, no history of bad pregnancy; (4) Regular obstetric examination during pregnancy; (5) Understand the purpose and significance of the study, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have diabetes or GDM history before this pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women with diabetes in their immediate family or spouse; (3) People with psychological, cognitive or mental disorders; (4) Those who have bad habits such as smoking and drinking; (5) Other pregnancy complications and complications. (6) There are contraindications to GDM exercise, such as severe hypertension, placenta previa, vaginal bleeding in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, cervical insufficiency, cervical cerclage, multiple pregnancy with risk of premature delivery, threatened premature delivery, heart disease with hemodynamic changes, serious diabetes complications such as diabetes nephropathy, fundus disease or retinopathy, and absolute and relative contraindications after 28 weeks of twin pregnancy.
