Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients treated with continuous blood purification; ?Age=18 years; ?Glasgow coma scale>8; ?Richmond Agitation and Sedation Scale>-4; ?10=Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II<30; ?Normal hearing, basic emotional stability, able to cooperate; ?Voluntary participation in this investigator after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; ?Patients undergoing other clinical trials; ?Patients who graduated from music major or engaged in music-related work.
