Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age=18 years old;<90 years old; ? Selected abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, gastrointestinal surgery, liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas surgery with expected operation time=3 hours, all surgical methods are eligible for inclusion (including open, laparoscopic and robotic surgery); ? ASA class I-III;? Diagnosed with hypertension= 130/80mmHg? Receive ACEI/ARB drug therapy for more than 2 weeks; ? Obtain informed consent from patients and their families;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Uncontrolled hypertension (high blood pressure is defined as: systolic blood pressure (SBP)=180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP)=110 mmHg; ? severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III/IV) or equipped with cardiac assist device ? severe cerebrovascular disease; ? spinal anesthesia; ? liver and kidney dysfunction (serum creatinine=200µmol/l, child-pugh grade=B); ? emergency surgery and secondary Surgery; admission to hospital for multiple operations; ? Refused to participate in the included researchers;
