Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I or II;(2) Aged from 18 to 60 years;(3) BMI<30(4) No difficult airway;(5) Plan to undergo elective surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy history of amide local anesthetics;(2) Oral, ENT lesions or surgical history;(3) Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency;(4) Patients with mental cognitive impairment or refusing to cooperate with follow-up;(6) Complicated with asthma, elevated blood eosinophils or other acute respiratory infections;(7) Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
