Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Over 60 years of age, both sexes; 2) meeting the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 3) Participate voluntarily and cooperate with physicians to sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with one of the following conditions were excluded from the study: 1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure above 100 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure above 160 mmHg), or severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function grade above IV); 2) Patients with kidney, liver and other important organ dysfunction or failure; 3) Patients with chronic inflammatory diseases; 4) Severe bleeding or thrombotic disease after PCI; 5) Patients with malignant tumor disease; 6) Suffering from mental illness or mental disorder and unable to cooperate with the experimenter.
