Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: hospitalized adult patients (age = 18 years old) , between September 2013 and December 2014, who showed QTc (Bazetts) = 500 ms in ECG during hospital stay and absence of a CLQTS diagnosis, family history of CLQTS or syncope and cardiac arrest of an unknown cause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complete left / right bundle branch blocks, intraventricular conduction delay, second-degree and complete atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation / flutter, atrial and ventricular tachyarrhythmia, ventricular pacing and acute coronary syndrome.
