Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parturients who are scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia in the research stitution: 1) aged 20~40 years; 2) ASA I~III grade; 3) Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)rejection of spinal anesthesia 2)high risk pregnancy (eclampsia, placenta previa) 3)a history of spinal deformity or spinal surgery 4)contrain-dications to spinal anesthesia (infection of the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, allergy to local anesthesia)
