18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged = 18 years; 2.Those with advanced cancer (as stage III or IV cancer) diagnosed by imaging, clinical manifestations and pathological histology, and with significant metastasis of cancer; 3.Expected survival = 6 months; 4.Patients who gave informed consent and were willing to participate in this study 5.Ability to use or use WeChat with the help of family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with mental disorders, cognitive disorders and senile dementia; ? Communication disorders, hearing disorders and language communication disorders; ? Those who were transferred to another hospital or gave up treatment.
