Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Approved by the hospital ethics committee, 90 children aged 1 to 8 years old with ASA I-II were selected for closed reduction and internal fixation of forearm fracture in Xiamen Children 's Hospital from November 2022 to May 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with coagulation disorders, morbid obesity, abnormal upper arm anatomy, puncture site infection, nervous system disease, local anesthetic allergy history, and cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, and kidney disease were excluded
